About

INGA VOLOSHIN

Inga is a trained chef and registered dietitian nutritionist with a lifelong love of food, creativity, and feeding just about everyone in sight. Her passion for cooking and artistry began early and has shaped her  career that blends culinary skill with evidence-based nutrition. ​

She is a graduate of the  Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and earned her Bachelor of Arts while studying across town. After cooking professionally in some of the city's most bustling kitchens, Inga went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition. She later finished a dietetic internship with New York Presbyterian Hospital and became a licensed registered dietitian. ​

Inga has worked across clinical, community, and retail dietetic settings, counseling and educating individuals in areas including diabetes, cardiovascular health, pediatrics, geriatrics, fertility, prenatal nutrition, food allergies and intolerances, inflammatory diseases, and more. Her work has been published in Today's Dietitian Magazine, and she has made media appearances on News12.​​

At the heart of her work is a simple belief: optimal health should never come at the expense of joy. Inga's purpose is to help people maximize their health potential while enjoying beautiful, delicious food. Her mantra says it best-- 

"life should be savored each day, every small, delicious moment of it." ​

She is also a certified yoga instructor and unofficial dream analyst.
